1. We utilize the most current hardware and software.
          a. Live answer vs. answering machine detection is 98% reliable versus just 70% two years ago.
          b. Our new equipment is the most reliable and state-of-the-art.
          c. We develop our own software, build our own systems, and therefore are in control of quality and              reliability.

2. We locate our equipment at the telephone company switch.
          a. We have the ability to increase our capacity. Currently, we can make 700,000 phone calls per hour.
          b. Because we locate our equipment at the phone company switch, we do not have to rely on numerous               phone carriers and networks to deliver calls. Because of our arrangement with the phone company, we               are able to deliver the calls as requested.
          c. Redundancy. The only way to have redundancy is to be connected into a phone company's network.               For example, if our phone provider's switch went down, our phone calls will be immediately routed               through their network to a different switch to immediately place the calls.
          d. Power Back-up. In case of an electrical outage, our equipment is backed up by a diesel generator,               which can provide up to seven days of electrical back up.
          e. Earthquakes. Our equipment is located at a site that has been constructed to withstand extreme               earthquakes.

3. We have experienced technicians and support staff to accommodate our customers.
          Our technicians are extensively trained to use our systems, manage data, and provide customer support.           We have been developing software, building and selling systems for four years.

4. Our technicians are located directly at the switch.
          a. Our customers will be able to directly call the switch operator to obtain real-time statistics.
          b. Our technician will provide daily results via e-mail to all customers.

5. Accountability/Third Party Verification.
          We will provide our customers with call result reports from the phone company.
                 a. The request may take up to 72 hours, but most likely 48 hours.
                 b. The report will show the time of day and the call result for each phone call made.

6. Customer Service.
          a. A customer may run as many different messages and/or campaigns as possible.
          b. A customer may change a message at any time. A request should not take more than 30 minutes.
          c. If requested, we will edit a message to make sure that there are no delays or other audible problems.
          d. We do not charge for setting up a campaign.
          e. We will provide friendly service. We realize that our economic future is heavily reliant upon the service               that we provide
